Back to basics!  This one is dyed in Over the Rainbow with a bold rainbow stripe.

Shirt itself is American Apparel, 100% cotton, made in the USA.  Cut a touch longer and leaner than some.  Preshrunk.  I always recommend you order up a size if your not sure as they grow so fast!
