Letβs Face This Together
Aloha πΊ friends and family,
What started with a friend of mine as a community project to bring fun tie-dye face masks to our little bay, is growing.
With a little research I found this style is considered to be the most comfortable and offers the most protection. I switched out soft bamboo ties for the elastic that hurt my ears. I put in pockets so you can add your own filter as you see fit. And I put a little bendable strip in the nose area to help seal it and keep your glasses from fogging up as much. I'm making them out of 100% Kaufman Kona Cotton. I am, of course, dying them myself, and I'm having them sewn here on island to support our local economy.
You can support small businesses, show solidarity, wave your flag, and spread the spirit of aloha while protecting our selves and our communities.
Take care of yourselves and those around you and we'll get through this together.
Love, Tie-Dye Mama ππ·
